Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed during my 48-hour release events will ship within 3 business days of the event's end. Custom orders need at least four-six weeks to make sure we get it perfect (but I'll contact you right away to begin designing).
Free shipping offer valid on orders that meet minimum purchase requirement after discounts are applied. Excludes customers shipping outside the US. Does not apply to wholesale orders.
I frequently ship my sculptures to gift-getters around the world. Simply add your gift recipient's address in the Shipping information, and leave me a note in your order if you'd like me to include a handwritten message with the package.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
I ship within the U.S. via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to two weeks after shipping for your package to arrive, although most packages arrive within 3-5 days.
International shipping is via USPS Priority Mail International and UPS International, with insurance and tracking where available. All customs and duties fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow up to five weeks after shipping for your sculpture to arrive.
My goal is for you to love your new small company! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return. (And if you do love your artwork, please give your sculpture a five-star review!)
To return your order, please mail your sculpture, fully insured for its original value, to: Small Company Artworks, 3142 Jolley Drive, Burbank, California 91504. I'll refund your original purchase price on receiving your sculpture in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
